We have a ‘No Exchange and No Return’ policy. Keep in mind, colors that appear on the screen may vary from the physical product. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect, email us within 7 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with same price value product.

We have a strict ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Customer will be credited for the cost of the article(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Shinewing Inc may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article being out of stock, pricing error or if the credit card payment is declined.
